My stay was very positive overall. The room was clean and spacious, featuring a comfortable King suite that provided ample space for work. The staff was exceptional, particularly Ron, who facilitated a fast check-in and was very accommodating. The breakfast options were varied, including freshly baked pastries and healthy choices. The indoor pool was well-maintained and a nice way to unwind after a long day of meetings.

The elevator was out of service during my stay.

Recommend it for families traveling with kids

The breakfast at this place saved me a solid 25 bucks. My kids were so into the mini waffles and the pancake maker they forgot about the pool that was actually warm enough for a swim. It was nice to see everyone had their own space in the room too, my youngest finally slept like a baby. It felt good knowing they had fun even before I had to pull out the big dad energy.

The Queen Suite with Sofa Bed was spacious and meticulously clean, particularly the sparkling bathroom. Breakfast offered a commendable variety and cleanliness, even though I wished for a few more fresh items like fruit. The heated pool being open until 9 PM was a delightful bonus. However, the first-floor window in my room initially wouldn’t lock, a concern for safety.

We recently stayed with two couples and loved the spacious rooms. The hotel is just a short drive from the Ohio Theater, where we caught an amazing show. The breakfast was hearty enough to fuel our day of sightseeing around Columbus.

My kids wished there was a pool. It would have made the stay much more enjoyable for the family.

Unfortunately, the experience was marred by a few issues. The fire alarm went off two nights in a row, which definitely disrupted sleep. The elevator broke down while I was using it, causing quite a scare, especially being dependent on mobility aids like a cane. There were also problems with the breakfast bar. the bagel toasters weren't operational, and the window shade in my room was broken and unaddressed during my stay despite reporting it. The shower provided easy access, but the curtain was absurdly short, leading to a soaked floor every time I stepped out. All in all, while some elements were solid, a bit more attention to maintenance and functionality would go a long way.

My one-night stay in the accessible King suite was mostly delightful. The spacious layout allowed for easy mobility, but I found a makeshift curtain disappointing. Housekeeping could improve by ensuring surfaces are cleaned thoroughly. The breakfast selection was varied and filling, providing a pleasant start to my day.

The indoor pool was a total highlight! Super relaxing after a day exploring. 😄 Just wished breakfast seating was a bit more accessible.
